The unit covers the nature and scope of conflicts between legal systems, jurisdiction, inappropriate fora, the enforcement of foreign judgments and choice of law, including personal connecting factors, the exclusion of foreign laws and choice of law in the specific fields of marriage and divorce, contract, and torts. -- Course Website
